Continuous Residential
Enhanced Life Services provides various residential options to choose from. Services offered at residential sites include training and assistance with activities of daily living tasks, independent living skills, community participation, activity planning and medical services. Support is provided to each person at the level they need and choose, focusing on empowering each person to be as independent as possible, while making choices in all areas of their lives. Each day we work to uphold our mission.
Shared Living Provider
Shared Living Provider program matches an individual, couple, or family to share their residential home with an adult who has a disability. This allows individuals needing helps to experience a real home and community life and offers more consistent services. ELS will pair the host home provider – who is an independent contractor and owns or leases the home – with the individual. Background checks and an extensive matching process help ensure a quality pairing, and ELS will continue to provide supervision and ensure great service.
Supported Family/ Independent Living
In some case individual prefers to live with their family or in their own apartment. People who are part of the Supported Living Program either live at home with their family or on their own in an apartment within the community. We provide services a few times a week to assist people keep their independence and get help with anything they might need—that could include help with medications, money management, or building community relationships…
